1. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation on any Nova Travel tour. By submitting a deposit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Final payment must be received by the communicated deadline. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all payments made.
2. Deposit Policy
All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deposits secure airline tickets, hotel reservations, and supplier commitments made on your behalf.
3. Cancellation Policy
All payments made toward the tour are non-refundable.
Due to contractual agreements with airlines, hotels, cruise operators, and other suppliers, Nova Travel is unable to provide refunds for cancellations, interruptions, or unused portions of the trip.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.
4. Travel Insurance (Required)
Comprehensive travel insurance is required for participation in this tour.
Travel insurance should include:

Trip cancellation/interruption coverage

Medical coverage

Emergency evacuation coverage
Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure.
Nova Travel is not responsible for losses incurred due to lack of travel insurance.
5. Flights & Airline Responsibility
Airfare is included in the package price. Airline schedules, delays, cancellations, or changes are beyond the control of Nova Travel.
Nova Travel is not responsible for:

Airline schedule changes

Flight delays or missed connections

Baggage loss or damage
-
Airline bankruptcy or operational disruptions
Any additional costs incurred due to airline changes are the responsibility of the traveler.
6. Changes to Itinerary
Nova Travel reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary due to operational needs, supplier changes, weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Every effort will be made to provide comparable services.
7. Force Majeure
Nova Travel is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Acts of government
-
War or civil unrest

Pandemics
-
Strikes
-
Airline disruptions
-
Weather conditions
In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
8. Responsibility & Liability
Nova Travel acts as the tour organizer and coordinates services with independent suppliers.
Nova Travel is not responsible for:

Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers

Personal injury

Property damage
-
Loss or delay
-
Traveler negligence
Participation in the tour constitutes acceptance of these terms and acknowledgment of inherent travel risks.
9. Health & Documentation
Travelers are responsible for:

Valid passports

Required visas
-
Entry requirements
-
Health documentation
Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the travel date.
